If you want to spend some time indoors you won’t give up the view with a huge great room featuring 2 seating areas, a dining table that seats 10, a 75” TV with oversize couch, a bar, a wine fridge, gaming table and of course a gourmet kitchen.

Once the day is over you can retire to one of 5 luxury master suites each with king size bed and large private ensuite bath. Three of the bedrooms feature incredible ocean views and one has additional bunk beds.

Check-in is at 4:00PM and check-out is at 11:00AM.
The home is connected to the municipal water system. Therefore, the water is safe and drinkable. We have also installed a filtered water cooler in the kitchen for your added convenience.
It is not recommended to moor a boat near due to coral, but Emerald Bay Marina, just a 5 minute drive away, offers mooring and berth services.
The villa is approximately a 5 minute drive from Exuma International Airport (GGT).
The nearest grocery store (Exuma Markets) is in Georgetown
